At NexNine, our flexible office spaces come with a single monthly payment that includes rent and all essentials such as water, electricity, maintenance, and cleaning.
In addition to the first month’s rent, clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit and a one-time setup fee per person. This setup fee covers the cost of furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access cards for seamless entry to your workspace.

Our receptionist will greet your guests, collect their details, and notify you of their arrival. You can choose to meet them in your private office, our coworking spaces, or in one of our fully-equipped meeting rooms, which can be reserved in advance for your convenience.
A semi-private workspace (like dedicated desks, cubes, or pods) is a one-person, non-lockable workstation with 24/7 access and two hours of complimentary meeting room usage per month.
Private serviced offices are lockable, offering full privacy, 24/7 access, and four hours of complimentary meeting room usage per month.
Both options include the opportunity to register or renew your trade license.
